Due to the covid-19 situation and impact of brexit, the shipment of ARITH-MATIC kits is currently limited to UK and US customers only.
Please note, due to covid-19 significant delays may occur when shipping to the US. Whilst we expect shipping to be 6-7 business days, delivery times may be up to 3-4 weeks - perhaps longer in some cases. We track all US orders via Royal Mail International Tracked for added piece of mind.
We do not expect significant delays for UK customers.
Buyers are responsible for the payment of any taxes or customs duties levied on shipments during importation.
Shipping amounts are automatically calculated based on buyer location and total weight of the shipment.
Items are dispatched within three working days on receipt of payment. We ship all our orders via Royal Mail.

Late Deliveries
Our shipping provider (Royal Mail) is not always able to guarantee delivery within the times stated above. We will work with the buyer and our shipping provider if a late shipment occurs and attempt to resolve any subsequent issues. Please note that due to covid-19 some delay may occur with the shipment of your order.
Returns
Returns or refunds are subject to Tindie's policies.
